Missing "All Programs"

Uncertain when it happened exactly (possibly after an update from Windows and/or update from Stardock), but every entry in my "All Programs" is empty and I have no idea how to get it back.

Windows 10 Home, 64bit, v 1803

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need more information. Please try right click on the all program button and select "open".

Is the program listed there?

Yes. The directory for C:\Users\xxx\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs contains everything it should.
