Help ... Sins of a Solar Empire Not Working - Error Message

Sins of a Solar Empire Rebellion is not working for me.  I continuously get the message: 
 
1) An error has caused Sins to stop working correctly. A report on this error has been logged for the Developer.

2) Saved Minidump C:\Users  
 
I have un-installed and re-installed the game but that did not work.
 
 
Please help resolve this issue as it was one of the games that I enjoy the most.

Ich habe auch diesen unsinnigen fehler. das schlimme ist dass die engine ihre eigenen fehler nicht korrigieren oder wenigstens ignorieren kann
