Failed to mapping Product key with Account

Hi,

I purchase the Fence 3 in 2018. But when I tried to input the product key again, It asked me to input the account + product key. I didn't register the email when I purchase the Fence 3.

Then I registered with my email address, but when I want to mapping the product key with my email. It doesn't work:

If the link is right, then I confused. I input the product key & account in the page but  there is no response. And I still not able to active the Fence 3 in my computer.

I tried to created the support as well by the link:

But the "CAPTCHA Verification" doesn't work either.

Please help.

Try merging the email you purchased with to your current account.
