Windows 10 - Error Mouse Rigth Click

After updating 04/01/2019, Windows 10 Pro version 1809, the right mouse click stopped working.

When I click the right click nothing happens, then when you move the mouse over the taskbar appears the menu to create a new fences.

I have already tried removing fences, erasing registry with Revo UnInstaller and Ccleaner, reinstalling the new fences 3.09.11. But the error remains.

How to proceed now?

 

About My Computer:

Dell XPS 13

Internal monitor running at 1920x1080 with 150% zoom

Second monitor LG 22pol, running 1920x1080 without zoom. Via USB-C / Thunerdbolt with DVI Adapter

Did you also suffer from the problem and the removal of Warsaw solved it?

 

Because I already disabled warsaw and it did not work, I will try to uninstall after the end of my bank routines.

I assume you solved your problem by uninstalling Warsaw by GAS Tecnologia? And I noticed Toledomd also has Warsaw installed in his system. I can't really verify this. Please try it and let us know.

I already tried to disable Warsaw but it did not work. Later I will try to remove and put the result.

Remembering that Warsaw refers to bank protection, so it is necessary for my day-to-day life. And both Warsaw and Fences coexisted in operation until the update.

Solved!

I did not resist and I advanced the steps, to function it was necessary:

 

1. Uninstall WarSaw (disable only does not work)

2. Boot

3. Purge Fences (as instructed here)

4. Boot

5. Reinstall Fences

6. Reinstall WarSaw

7. Boot

8. Ok System

I'm using the version 3.0.8.1, without Warsaw (GAS TECHNOLOGIES) and the bug did stop.

I have unistalled, rebooted and turn the Fences back on and its back to normal again .

It's great that we found out where is the incompatibility.

I had both installed for the last 6 months without any problems, now i have problems with fences in my work computer, notebook and home desktop.

 

I know its a bit early to say it, but i really hope you can find out why this is happening and solve this incompatibility.

I'm saying this because we can't stay without Warsaw, it is a "must have" security software to access several official bank accounts, from different banks, in Brazil.

If you try to access www.bb.com.br (Bank of Brazil) at the top... on "Acesse sua conta" it will ask to install a security module... what means install warsaw.

Also used on another bank, www.itau.com.br and i think it might be used on www.Santander.com.br too.

I work with these three banks, the BB and Itau i know they use it, with santander i really don't remember and need to check, if you ask me.

 

There is any chancefor you guys take a good look into it?

Diebold called me and said that warsaw blocks the execution of injected DLL's and unknown executables. But they can easily whitelist it.

They have accessed my computer remotely to get the names of the DLL's and the exe in execution to give it a whitelist place.

He said in the next 5 minutes all these errors from incompatibilities should be solved.

Here everything is already working.
