Possibly would help if you indicated which actual software you were having an issue with, and which OS.

Then it would help to first request assistance with the issue - certainly simpler than the steps required to cancel a purchase.

Of course, it's currently New Year's Eve which raises potential difficulties with any course of action other than demonstrating a little patience with either direction you take...;)

After several hours working with the software with no documentation and no support, I am a little aggrevated. The product is the Keyboard Launchpad program. The operating system is Windows 8.  The trial version loaded at least partially.  It worked but was confusing with no documentation.  It also kept popping up a box wanting me buy the product every few minutes.  The box could not be moved or closed, except with CTL-ALT-DEL Task manager.  I then purchased the product and received an email with the product code.  Problem was I could never get a place to enter the code.  I tried to re-downloaded the product but it would not install.  I tried to uninstall the trial version but it would not uninstall.  Showed name in Control Panel programs list but no date or other info.  Uninstall gave a message about some log file being missing.  Used an advanced uninstall program and finally got it uninstalled, but new download will still not provide me with a place to enter the Product code.

The product is the Keyboard Launchpad program.

Which,, as you have likely come to see, is basically a higher powered macro program.  Once you get the hang of it - its really quite powerful, support uses it all the time.

KLP was likely on of the few apps we still have that have both a trial version (that will to prompt) and one you need to purchase, but first uninstalling the trial (most all our trials now can activate with the newly purchased key.  The key you get after a a KLP purchase is confusing (our apologies) as it is again left over from when you needed one for the purchased version (you do not).

Sorry for the confusion.

Gee thanks for nothing!  I still have a program that I paid for that doesn't work!  I DO NOT find it  to be a "higher powered macro program".  I still find it to be a piece of CRAP that doesn't work, has no documentation and no support!

I can only create 5 macros then it tells me I must buy the full version (Which I have done!).  I can not look at the list of marcros because it tells me I must buy the full version (which I have done!).  I have uninstalled and re-installed several times, but it still thinks I have the trial version.  I do I find someone that know how to make this piece of CRAP work?

I bought this to save time, but after spending several hours trying to get it to work, it will take decades of use just to catch up.  A true waste of time and money.

Show me a screenshot of this, patchill. It will help me know what I am looking at and for.  I also want to make sure you are installing this version:

And I want to be sure to carry a civil tone when we work together on this - I am here to help you...

I down loaded the only thing available to me on your site.  Your system will not let me go to the link that you attached.  It says I am not in your database.  It appears to be identifying me from my Microsoft signin which is not the email I used to purchase the product.  How do I get the package in your link?

Try this:

And again, any errors, I need screenshots, patchill...
