The e-mail address is invalid for the product key!

I've been using Fences V2.13 on Windows 8.1 and SSD-HD for a long time.
Unfortunately, only the desktop with V2.13 after about 30 seconds with the icons displayed.
That's why I bought a Fences 3 upgrade with the product key and upgraded ontop. The product key of V3.09 was also accepted. The Fences V3.09 did not reduce my Windows startup (after about 30 seconds the desktop icons will be displayed)
Without Fences the desktop icons will be displayed immediately.
I then uninstalled Fences, rebooted Windows, and installed only Fences 3.09 with the V3.x product key. This product key was not recognized!!!
The e-mail address is invalid for the product key!
After the deinstall of 3.09 and Install V2.13 with Key V2.13 running Fences 2.x, then install ontop V3.09. The same result.
I can not use my new Fences 3 Upgrade Key anymore !!!
Then I ran "Purge_Fences.bat" and deleted all folders related to fences. Laptop rebooted.
Fences 3.09 new reinstalled and entered the "Upgrade Key" with the result: The e-mail address is not valid for the product key!
After a suggestion from AzDude Stardock Community Assistant in forum topic "Failed registration" (Merge Accounts, Purge bat, Reinstall), I got stuck. Product Key Ver.3 is not recognized with e-mail address
I do not have time to test. Either send me a valid product key for Fences3 or refund me the purchase price of December 13, 2018
