(SOLVED) Fences not working properly

Hi.

I have some troubles with my Fences 3 running on windows 10.

It has stopped working properly.

1. It is not possible to move a fence on my desktop, to at new location on the desktop.
2. I can't create new fences
3. I can't resize an existing fence.

So it is like Fences has stopped working.

I have tried to uninstall fences, using a guide from another Topic here on the forum (See below)

"Right click the desktop, choose Configure Fences and scroll down and uncheck the box that says Enable Fences. Then choose About, on the left. Then choose Manage Product Key. Deactivate Local Machine.

 Then you can go into Programs and features and uninstall it."

When i then install Fences again, after uninstalling it. Then all fences is opening as, before i was uninstallling it. It seems that something is remembering all the fences from my previous installation. And after i install Fences again, the problems are still the same. So nothing has changed by uninstall/reinstall.
