Try this: Open the WindowBlinds window and choose Modify Style. Choose Transparency and click Reset All. Then apply your theme again.

Ok I'm sorry I was in the wrong area had to go to my Win 7 computer. How about this, go to Modify Style again and choose Background. Make sure you have None selected in the tiles. Hit the Reset button again. Apply your theme. If that doesn't work Slide the Opacity level to the right and again apply your theme. If it's still transparent reboot your computer and see if it changes. I had this problem once before on my Win 8. Once you get it to change you can adjust the Opacity as you want.
