Selecting Icons, and moving icons are really slow on the desktop. I got a pretty decent computer so I don't know whats up.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please try purge and reinstall steps : https://forums.stardock.com/486084/fences-support-faq#reinstalling
Make sure to re-download the Fences installer from your account in reinstall it. Reboot after the installation, retest and report back.

Thanks the desktop seems to respond better trying to select with in a Fence window seems to be slow though.
