Shutdown button no longer working

Greetings,

Recently my Start10 menu will no longer shut down the computer (or any action I assign to the power button). When clicking the Start10 power button, the cursor goes immediately to the center of the screen, the menu closes, and nothing happens.

Running the latest Windows 10 Pro and Start10 versions. Tried uninstall/reinstall as well as toggling to a different power button function and back with no effect.

EDIT: This is now happening with two separate licensed instances of Start10 on two separate Windows 10 machines.

Hi AzDude,

Thanks for the response however after following these instructions precisely I encounter the exact same behavior. This is after reboot following the successful purge, before making any change to the configuration options.
