frustrated

I activated a free trial, then paid for a subscription to Fences. I kept receiving prompts to enter my product key, but when I did, it said the product key was invalid. I uninstalled Stardock, Groupy and Fences products, and deleted every piece of them I could detect. Now I am trying to install again, and it says that my product key is invalid. I paid for this product last month and have not yet been able to use it beyond the free trial period. I am very frustrated by this, because it is a great product for me organizationally. I would appreciate any help.

Sorry to hear you are having issues.

I'm going to give to a few links to fix things . First a couple Purge links to run that are different than a regular 

uninstall , REBOOT then reinstall the latest versions from your Stardock account.

2 - Groupy Purge https://forums.stardock.com/488142/groupy-support-faq#reinstalling

3 -  Your Account https://store.stardock.com/myaccount

4 - Getting Products and Keys https://forums.stardock.com/484254/getting-your-products-and-keys

Now Purge your products and Reboot and Reinstall and try your Keys again.

If that doesn't work we can get support to fix you tomorrow , Sunday night now and they are closed.
