Win 2k pro & winXP Pro

I'm sorry if I'm bothering with the same question over and over but I'm
ready to make the upgrade to (winxp Pro) for the last time. Is (win2k pro) is 24
bit or 32 bit??? because when I use icon from winxp in my comp with win2K
pro, It the doesn't have very quality picture

Windows 2000 Pro is 32 bit.

XP icons use alpha blending and only work properly on XP.
