Odd entries in Recent Items

Is it normal that things other than actual files are showing up in the recent items list?

The highlighted items are out of place. I think some of those are control panel items? Is there a way to just see normal files there?

I'm using Start10 on Windows 10, both fully updated.

For yoru issue, you would want to uncheck those items for searching in other places.

My post referred to the Recent Items list, not to Search results.

I made the recommended changes anyway and it makes no difference. At the very least, the GUIDs in my screenshot should be replaced with the proper names.
