Multiplicity seems to be randomly switching the mute on/off rapidly (Solved... I think)

I'm testing Multiplicity KVM/Pro and for some reason the secondary computer is rapidly switching the audio volume mute on/off.  I can't seem to get it to stay on or off.

Any ideas what I should try?

UPDATE: Oh, it looks like the Windows volume slider is irrelevant in the Multiplicity realm.  I guess it's supposed to be muted or just left alone.  Seems to be working now.  Before, it was choppy, in sync with the flickering of the mute button.  So, okay, I think that is working now.  A reboot seemed to help it a bit.
