skins site not giving credit... rip?

While searching for video players I came across this skins board containing some familiar images and names for that matter. Two are pixtudio works with out credit at the very lest. One looks like a grayhaze skin.

I think the skinner should have given credit in the description.
what was the name of the file the permission was in?
