Call of Duty Black Ops 4 CTDs if Windowblinds is installed

Just found this today. The newest COD 4 BETA crashes to desktop without an error if Windowblinds is installed. I tried applying the stock theme and then unloading the service but that unfortunately didn't fix it. Is there any additional info I can give to help figure out a fix for this?

I also tried ignoring the main EXE and that did nothing.


I am running Windows 10 with Windowblinds 10.7

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Could you try to use the update version of Windowblinds. We are now on WB 10.71.

Do you by chance have a link to download it? Updating via the Windowblinds app showed no new versions available and my download link in my dashboard downloads 10.65.

Oh, I am sorry, my mistake. It was pulled down, for some reason. I believe it will be put back up soon. For now it is back to WB 10.65.

Anyway, I have forwarded your problem to Stardock Support team for their assistance. Please keep an eye on this thread for any updates. We appreciate your feedback and patience.

I also had this issue during the Beta period. I disabled Windowblinds since then, just so I could play. Just to check, I turned it back on today and noticed it still crashes. Any progress on this?

Same here black ops 4 crashes ,had to uninstall windowblinds to get game to work ,are they working on a fix for this issue?
