Can't Reply to Threads !

After submitting a message in the Marathon thread all I got was a blank page with a 0 or a O. Usually all I have to do is refresh the page but now I don't get my message through. So the gang in Fantasyland can't read the Old Crabs ditty. Anyway, suggestions? Alms? Charity? >

Evidently you're not the only one with problems on the site. White Moth's thread has comments from people having problems. And I think at least one other person has described exactly what you encountered when submitting a post.

I sometimes have that problem too. I think its when someone posts something the same time you do. The same second. But I'm not positive. Anyone to confirm or deny?

I have that problem every now and then. I think it is a loading issue due to the size of the thread. I wonder what will happen when it reaches 10,000?

(Which is less than 1100 posts from now...)

It is not only Message Board Marathon. It happens to me with other threads too. Looks random to me.

Another problem I have (maybe related) is that the entire page is losing its font settings and defaults to black Times New Roman (the font set in Internet Options -> General). Hitting refresh will bring back the intended font and its colors.

I get this also but infrequently. It's been happening for at least a year so is probably not related to recent developments.
