Asked to register Fences every day

 

For the past several days I get a screen asking me to buy or reauthorize my Fences software whenever I boot up my computer.  At first I was copying and pasting my product key.  Yesterday I logged in using my account.  When I logged in today I received an error message stating that I have hit the maximum activation count and you will need to reset it.  Why is this happening?  Why am I being asked to buy the product again?  Please let me know what I need to do to fix this.

Sorry to hear you are having issues.

Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time. A "Run" dialog box will pop up, please paste the path below into the "Open" field and press OK.

%ProgramData%\Stardock\

In the folder that pops up, you should see a folder named Fences. Please delete this folder and all of its contents.

After you have deleted that folder, please attempt to activate once again and it should succeed without any errors.
