Exclude a Windows App

Is there a way to exclude a windows app (ie:netflix) when this is not an .exe
Stardock will be closed for the week starting on Monday, June 29th and we will be returning on Monday, July 6th. We will be monitoring support tickets and forums during this time but expect delays in responses during this time.

sorry if i confused you, the "ie" is to point netflix as an exemple.

No, it is not possible to exclude a Modern app.
Morden app, yes maybe it's the proper term.
I got mad and investigated into process explorer.
WWAHost.exe is clearly the script runner but exclusion doesn't work on it.
