I believe there are a number of places on one's body that one cannot lick. Shoulder blades for instance. Your back. I would guess most people cannot lick their ears either.

I think the ears are too far away.

But not elbows.

Why was the OS NeoSky (Or whatever) thread locked?

Well, I will let you guys solve the mystery....
Here are the clues:
1) There was that thread made by a person and another one where the person kept spelling nVidia wrong in (which I kept correcting)
2) There was a nasty thread made about me
3) There was a nice thread about me where I stated that the person who made the nasty thread was known by me.  The person was a newbie.  I suggested that the person may want to leave the site.
4) The creator of the OS thread has not returned......

Figure it out?
