Thanks for the reply, and sorry for late response in return. Here is a copy of the message I stated before where you said you did not find.
"I have recently been having issues with Fences using very HIGH CPU usage up to 100% at times. I had at a time or two opened the task manager to find that Fences had loaded two more time while windows has been running for some time. I had noticed that the CPU was running about 90%+ on each event of fences while every thing else was down to less than 1% CPU usage. I had tried to uninstall then reinstall several times as posted above with the most current version to find this DOES not really solve the issue. The problem seems to return after some time. I like to know if any one else has had this issue or figured a way to fix the issue?"
I am using Windows 10 X64 Enterprise Edition, Fences 3.0.9.11. System is Sabertooth P67, I7 2700 CPU with 32GB DDR3 1600 MHz with EVGA 960TI GPU. Yes, I am working on updating the system pretty soon so I can deal with my projects better. Fences is not set up on any network of any kind and do not use WebSense or Forcepoint. This issue seem to only happen mainly when I use my system intense program, Unreal Engine 4 Gaming Engine that I use to build my present Game project with. No, the Engine is not set up on a network or online storage either. All local setup. The system is a home base system on it's own with no other computer or network connected or sharing it. Hope this helps.
