WRONG! I HAVE SO FAR PURCHASED TWO ADDITIONAL LICENSES BECAUSE I COULD NOT DOWNLOAD THE KVM PROGRAM DIRECTLY FROM ANYWHERE! WHAT KIND OF SCAM OPERATION HAS THIS BECOME? I HAVE NOW BEEN FORCED TO BUY TWICE  - I HAD TO PAY FOR AN UPGRADE THROUGH THE RUNNING STANDARD PROGRAM! SOMETHING I ONLY NEED ONE LICENSE FOR!

Since you have the aforementioned one working (noted above), I would assume you want other, redundant, ones refunded, yes?  If so, I need to know (via a PM, not a post here) what email address they were purchased under or an order number (fine to post here).

While frustration is understandable (and shared), please remember I am trying to help you, admin...

That said, please let this be a warning that any poor word choices and tone, those that do not relate to the topic at hand and resolving your issue, will result in a closing of the thread and a refund of the known purchases.

The installer for MP is a base, meaning, for every version, there is only 1 installer - it is the key used that determines the version / features.  If you have a KM version you want to have be KVM or KVM Pro, you need to use the 'Change License' button no the 'About' tab on the Primary MP PC:

No refund is requested. However when and if I decide to add other primary computers I would request a downloadable file that allows me to "upgrade" to pro WITHOUT needing to click a link in the standard version that will ONLY FORCE ME TO BUY YET ANOTHER LICENSE and be able to accept one of my unused keys to register and "UPGRADE" it! 

Please send me this KVM pro installation file which I have purchased now three times!

In my versions there is no "KVM pro key accepted"!

You are showing me the already upgraded version!

This does not work from my side!

Only if I purchase a new key - why is this so difficult for you to understand?
