Icon Packager not showing up in context menu anymore

I don't know why, but IconPackager is no longer showing up in the context menu when I click on any files, drives, or folders. I have been heavily editing my theme, icons, context menu etc. It was working. Now it is not. I have checked all the programs that I have used for editing the registry etc, and none of them show IconPackager as "disabled" etc. When I check directly in the registry, as far as I can tell, IconPackager is still enabled etc. But it just won't show up no matter how many times I click or where I click. This is very frustrating.

Yes I activated it in the settings and it doesn't show up.

I reinstalled and found out by looking at the registry that IconPackager only works for Directories and individual files but not folders? Is this correct? That seems like a weird choice.

I am not sure what you trying to do. Are you trying to change specific Folder icon to any icon to your liking? And these icon will show up in you Window explorer? Different than other normal folders? I don't think you can do that.

Thank you,
