Sorry to hear you are having issues, using which Browser ?

Would you please try different browsers and see if you still have an issue.

also which software is slow to download.

It is not possible to download from the store. After a while, it almost stops and the time it will download shows over 2 hours and more. What is going on?

Have tested in all different browsers, but same result.

Still waiting to use my download page in the store.
