missing icon

universal applications

Hi, I have no 'Windows 10 menu' icon on Start10 stat menu, also I can't access the universal applications folder under all programs.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled Start10 to no avail, I notice after reinstall my setting are still setup in the new installation? How can I fix my issues above or completely remove Start10 removing my settings to see if a clean install will fix my issues.

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having issues.

1. On Windows 10 menu. You can use your right windows key on your keyboard to get to it.

2. On no Universal Application folders under "All Program". Please do the purge and reinstall steps. https://forums.stardock.com/486022/start10-support-faq#reinstalling

Please make sure to get the latest version of Start10 and install it. And reboot.
