Mouse overlay on window 10 startup

 

I have a problem as image uploaded, it is appear on window startup and I must sigout after that login again to fix it. I considering use FX plus version but I don't know it can be fixed?

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know more. Is your display setting set to 150% or more?

Try to change the mouse scheme to "None" via control panel. As picture below.

Hi Basj,

 

Yes my screen is retina display so I must change display setting 150% and I have this issue.

 

I try did as your suggest but it still not working.

I was informed that the Support team is aware of the problem and currently looking into the problem. For now, we suggest to use CursorFX on 100% or 125% display setting. At 150%, CursorFX will not work properly.

I try with display setting 125% but still not fix this problem. Maybe I will try agian later.
