Why does Fences 3 have 2 startup items?

After upgrading from Fences 2 to Fences 3, I noticed that there are two "Fences Settings" startup items. They are almost identical. One is for current user, one is for local machine.

Is this correct?

Do I need both startup items?

HKCU:Run    Fences    Stardock Corporation    c:\program files (x86)\stardock\fences\Fences.exe /startup

HKLM:Run    Fences    Stardock Corporation    "C:\Program Files (x86)\Stardock\Fences\Fences.exe" /startup

Yes need to enabled both. On my windows 7 Fences listed at startup twice too.
