Custom Soundpacks

Hello there,

I'm a new member, and I was trying to install some custom sounds from the link above. I have searched the tutorials etc but did not find something for sound schemes.
My problem is that the files are downloaded at .soundpack and i dont know how to "run" them.

Do I need to install any programm to run them, or just change the file extencion and run it?
