Right click on desktop crashes windows explorer

I have latest version of fences installed and whenever I right click on desktop, windows explorer crashes. I noticed this does not happen when fences is not installed. Did anyone experience this issue and how can I fix it?

I'm using windows 10 64bit, fences 3.09.11, and I have dual monitors.

Thanks. I can do that, but will I lose my desktop layout and fences settings. If yes, how can I backup and restore them after reinstall?

Do you know how to use snapshot , check it out and update one before purge
