Give me the option to disable updates

I cant believe I actually took the time to make an account for this website just  to complain about this fucking program. Make an option to disable updates. All this program does is sort my shit on my desktop, I dont see any need for an update every 12 fucking hours. I'm sick and tired of this program cutting out and killing everything else on my computer because it wants to update.

Did you actually do the update, and it kept asking your, or no, you had not done the update yet?
