problems after latest version of Windows 10 installed.

I've noticed that after RS4 update to Windows 10, the configuration of Start10 to add "games" shortcut to the start menu right hand side as "display as menu" no longer works! It instead installs a bizarre "Desktop" shortcut that does NOT do anything. I'd like to add "Games" shortcut back to the right side of the menu. I suspect that Microsoft has "screwed" up more code on this release. Any thoughts on this?
