Copying and pasting fences between computers

Can a fence on one computer be copied and used on another computer assuming operating system is same, file locations are same, program was purchased and installed on both computers (e.g. desktop and laptop) etc.?

It would only recreate the Fences, however, not the icons in them.
Fences does not create icons.
If the icons were on the desktop, however, it would put them in the Fences they were in.
