Support for installing Object Desktop

Hi There,

Can you please let me know how I can see the applications I paid for in the object desktop app as nothing is showing and I can't seem to resolve it at my end.

I'm sure it's not meant to be as confusing as what I have experienced but I cannot install Object Desktop but this has been a really frustrating process.

I have tried registering different emails and attempted to link my license in the user portal, however nothing has worked. It seems you have tied the license to an email on my Paypal, which is not what I would have liked. And when trying to use this email it still doesn't show in my account.

I'd appreciate it if  you could let me know how to fix this asap.
