Error when installed DeskScape 8 with Fences 3

Icon in fences 3 error

Hi,

I have installed Fences 3 and DeskScape 8 together. But, after install, my fences has been error, the icon is over, please tell me how to fix this. I'm using Windows 10.

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having issues. I am curious,could you tell us more.

1) Will the fences icons over lapping problem goes away if you uninstall Deskscape 8?

2) Your system spec specially on graphics, single, dual or more monitor.

3) Windows version installed.

1. If I uninstall DeskScape 8, the Fences 3 working right

2. I have GTX 950M graphic card, single mornitor (I'm using laptop)

3. Windows 10 version 10.0.17134 (x64)

Okay thanks for the fast input. Try this.

1. While Deskscape 8 uninstall, purge Fences, using this steps https://forums.stardock.com/486084/fences-support-faq#reinstalling

but no not reinstall Fences yet. Reboot.

2. Install Deskscape 8 first. Reboot.

3. Reinstall Fences 3, please make sure to download the latest version from your account : https://store.stardock.com/myaccount

4. Reboot, retest and report back.
