Start10 negated by WindowBlinds 10

I have both Start10 and WindowBlinds 10 installed. What I have found is that although I can have the Start10 Start button shown, the rest of Start10 disables and allows WindowBlinds 10 to set the Start menu and Taskbar look - I want to do the opposite...

Is there as way to set up so that Start10 does what it does best, and WindowBlinds 10 deals everything else it does, except for what Start10 is dealing with? Otherwise there is little point in buying Start10...
