Start10: Taskbar icon for active program has a black background

I bought Start10 for all four of my computers. On ONE of these computers, the taskbar icon for whichever program is active (or has focus) has a black background. But only on one computer.

On my other computers, the taskbar icon is a different shade of the custom color that I picked for the taskbar, and that is good.

Can I fix this or not? Unlike a lot of "leet" hackers, I am not a fan of dark color themes or elements.

Windows 10 x64, build 1803, Style:Windows 7 style, Default theme, disabled windows transparency, settings/color RGB at 0/64/128.
