Won't start without mouse click

First a horrible delay. Now the delay until I click the mouse.

Latest update & Windows latest update.

Tried uninstall several times. 

Someone said version 3.03 worked. Where can I download that?

Worked fine on previous computer. On new super fast Lenovo it ain't so fast.

Great program, can't live without it, but I need help.

Yep. I have lots of icons if that matters.

Going to uninstall and try version 3.03 which is supposed to work.

Did you try a " Purge " uninstall  then Reboot first and install the latest Fences

What is it exactly that "Purge" does? Just delete every trace of the program?  If that's all it does, then what is it about the initial installation of Fences/Groupy/etc... that would cause an issue and need to be "Purged" just to have to reinstall it again?  What difference is there from a clean initial install and having to "Purge" and reinstall?

From what I understand, yes purge will, as you said, remove all traces of the program. Why it's needed on fresh installed? Sometimes, the program was not install properly. And simple uninstall and reinstall will not do the job to solve the problem. Through my short experience with Stardock. Suggesting purge and reinstall have solved a lot of user problems.
