No icons or fences on desktop at startup until right click on screen.
Quick-hide disabled made no difference.
Could it be Fences not giving up control at startup like a background program should?
Hello , make sure your Fences is set up right in Fences App and Task Manager
IF that doesn't work Purge and reboot and reinstall

Fixed, For some reason it wasn't enabled at startup but right clicking the screen started it.
