Object desktop manager cannot connect to Internet

I am using the Internet now

Object Desktop Manager is unable to connect to the Internet even though there is an active connection and as far as I know there is no blockage in the firewall or any such thing.

Connect to the Internet! Really for a $20 program. Personally I found using this suite of programs frustrating and problematic. I looked at buying years ago and decided to go for a free version of fences but your CEO wrote a letter recently which I found interesting to read and I was amazed at the effectiveness of your Groupie solution. I should have just spent the nine dollars buying it rather than the full suite. It is wasted far too much of my time already and constantly decides that that space sniffer program is not installed when in actual fact of course it is not only installed but it is activated.

Anyway it is a mute problem because now the manager cannot connect to the Internet.

I think not having email support is fairly miserable – I know it is a total time waster but it should be your time wasted not mine in having to jump through the hoops to get support for something that I have actually paid for.

I suppose this is the modern way, the end user is just a cog in the chain, it is a bit like buying a hamburger from Macdonald's

Cheers for now
