Can't activate Fences.

I just had to do a refresh of Windows, and for some reason I can't re-activate Fences.

Using "activate with your Stardock account" doesn't work, and I don't have a key saved.

Using the retrieve key function doesn't list Fences for some reason.

Now, I know there was something odd about this last time I had to do it, but I can't for the life of me remember what.

How do I proceed now?

If not listed most probably, you bought the Fences using different email account.

Yeah except I only have two, and I've tried both.

I know there was something weird about it last time, and someone helped me out to fix it.

I would really not want to have to purchase the program one more time just because of this.

It looks like your annual Object Desktop suite access has lapsed: *12/10/2013*

Object Desktop is a membership to updates to a suite of Stardock products. When a membership lapses, retrieval of the products in that suite is not permitted until a membership is renewed. Any back-ups of the installers you may have would still work. Also, activation will also still work for them.

Not really, I purchased Fences separately. I think I might have deleted all the related Stardock emails when I was cleaning out junk from my inbox, and that's why I can't find it.

It is possible I used Impulse to buy it, but I am not sure.

What I do know, is that I got help with this once before, and that whomever I talked to said something about there being a reason it didn't show up when retrieving the keys of my other products.

I'm not sure if this is of any help at all, but it's what I have.
