Update some old themes to windows 10

Hello friends!

First of all grettings to the forum, this is my First Post in this place.

I am a user in love with programs like WindowBlinds and Old Litestep.

Currently with Windows 10 and programs like Winstep ..

I would like to bring back fantastic themes like Os2, NextStep, Solaris, Motif to the latest version of windows 10 and windowblinds.

Exists skins like this for example..

But all has many issues for obvious reasons, they are very old since they were developed.

I would like to return all of these skins to the present and share them with the community.

The problem is that I do not know SkinStudio for make this changes. 

I want to ask the forum if someone can make this changes and tell me the cost, since I do it for simple taste

and love those years when we all used windows 95 or XP.
