Unable to activate fences

I have had some problems with my system and had to refresh a couple of times. Now I am unable to activate any of my licenses

will not allow me to activate. I have two license keys, and have installed one on each of two computers. I have attempted all of the fixes that have been suggested in posts here and on website. None of them will allow me to activate fences on this computer. Have even attempted offline activation to no avail. I have gone to manage licenses and removed activations, not a thing seems to work to get my fences re-activated

Did you Purge Fences https://forums.stardock.com/486084/fences-support-faq#reinstalling

reboot and reinstall

And get activation from here https://forums.stardock.com/484254/getting-your-products-and-keys

then report back , please

Thank you very much. those steps allowed me to enter the license code and activate the software. Thank you VERY much for your help. it is greatly appreciated
