unable to activate because software is on other computer

I am just replace my PC and i used a same harddrive for my new PC

Stardock unable to activate mysubscription. please tell me what i need to do next.

Didn't work for me.  Start10 still said that this software not active on this computer, uninstall yes or no.  I'm in the process of transferring all my software to a new computer.  Can anybody help?  Tried uninstalling and installing to no positive results.
