Groupy is causing random window dragging

Hello. I have noticed a strange issue with Groupy. Sometimes when Groupy is enabled, if I click on the title bar of an application, or a tab in a browser window and then move my mouse, it will simulate a click + dragging action, which causes my window or tab to move around my screen and go to my other monitor or move around as if I am clicking and dragging it when I am not. At first I thought this may be because I was using Window FX and I had mouse flicks enabled, but I disabled this feature and the issue still happens.

Also, I thought it was Window FX doing this and I completely disabled the program. It stopped doing it as much, but when I turned off Groupy the problem went away completely. When I turned on Window FX and left Groupy off, the issue did not return, so I am sure that Groupy is causing the problem. This happens for more than one type of program. Is there a way to fix this?

Thanks!

Thanks for the tips. I just did the purge and installed Groupy 1.15. I am testing it now to see if the issue happens again, and I will update with my findings.

Hello. As an update, the issue started happening again. I disabled Groupy to test again, and the issue stopped. I restarted my computer while Groupy was disabled, and it caused explorer.exe not to launch on booting normally. I had to use the task manager to start explorer.exe and then I was able to uninstall the version of Groupy from my computer, and after that it started to work normally. I guess I can live without Groupy since it is causing me so much issues. It is a shame, really because I loved it while it was working.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Not really sure about the issue. Please post a video capture of the issue so we can understand it better.

BTW, big_red81, please post your Groupy and Windows version; please use Winver.exe for full version numbers.

Thanks
