Missing Economic Buildings in v 3.0

First, I've noticed that Market Centers" have now been made a one per planet improvement.  But have shopping centers been entirely  removed from 3.0?  I've researched the tech that still shows "shopping centers" as being one of the improvements to which a player will gain access, but shopping centers are not appearing in the queue.  Does it appear later?  Have there been changes to other economic buildings to make up for the loss?  Given that markets can only be built once, this seems to cripple the ability to build "financial center" planets with lots of economic buildings plastered in most of the available space, but I've not went far enough down the tree to know if that is made up for later or whether the new economic system simply doesn't require those kinds of extensive financial center planets.  I'm playing a custom carbon-based race.

You do not need planets dedicated to Economy anymore, simply build a Port of Call and or other Tourism buildings on each planet and watch your money sky rocket, I have hit 7k bc a turn with the new Tourism mechanics. Its insane tbh, the new Pax Emproium wonder is a massive boost if you can get to build it on your homeworld.

So just to confirm, you're not seeing "shopping centers" as an available improvement anymore either?  Not sure I like these economic system changes.  For one, it kind of makes the Precursor Treasury planets of little importance.  Basically, there will be industrial and research planets and that's about it.

Shopping Centers, while still on the tech tree, are no longer allowed buildings.  Market Centers are 1/planet, and give +1 approval adjacency... and basic approval buildings give +1 wealth adjacency.  So it does balance somewhat.  In addition, the Bank (used to be 1/civ) is now 1/planet (spread the wealth).

To me, the Shopping Center feels like it should be an upgrade to the Market.
