Fences crashing, explorer crashing

Hi,

Been using Fences for a long time, now out of nowhere it's not working and keeps crashing, I uninstalled it, reinstalled it, tried the purge, all as admin, then I even ended up upgrading to Fences 3, I thought it would of been a big update seeing that it wasn't free, and was hoping it wouldn't have the same problem...but same issue, although, now this version gives me a "Bug Splat - Crash Report"

The only error message I get is:

"Fences has detected that Explorer was not closed properly. As a precaution, Fences has been temporarily disabled. To re-enable Fences, right click your desktop and choose 'Enable Fences'. [Ok]"

This is on Windows 10 x64 Home
