Mac or low-end PC support

I just tried Fleet Battles yesterday on my low-end PC laptop (i5-6300U @ 2.4GHz, 16GB ram, Intel integrated video HD 520). The settings were at minimum, but the battle still felt jerky and the controls didn't feel responsive. I have a faster computer that I'd rather use, but it is a Mac. Any plans to support Mac/OSX (preferable), or to have an even lower detail setting to support weak computers?

From what I have heard there will be no MAC support. The jerky is due to the video card being and integrated HD 520.

Mac support is planned, as well as Linux plus some others.

While there is still optimization to be done, I don't think an integrated video card is going to cut it.
