I have found that if I validate my game files there are always 3 to 5 files missing.  I also have to validate multipul times to get all the files back.  I have been doing this daily for two weeks and it is always 3 to 5 files missing, usually 3 files. 

Why are they missing?

Ware are they going? Why?

Are other people having this problem? Do they even know?

I can tell that one of the files is important, the reason started checking is because my game kept crashing.

Are you using an AV software? If so, disable and try again.

Missing files are not unusual especially if you have cloud sync on in Steam.  If you are having a specific issue, please create a thread detailing is specifically.

Gee! I thought they automatically synced.

As far as I can tell the automatic sync is checked.

By the way I just revalidated my files and 3 files are missing, that's twice today.  What'.s up?
