Win 10 Fences 3

I have used Free Fences for many years  without problems until I upgraded to win 10  and couldn't move Icone without cutting and pasting - so  subscribed  a few months ago and it has been fine. But since yesterday for no reason I keep getting a User Control warning asking me if I want to let Stardock make changes to my computer. I say yes it  still happens I say no it still happens. It dims my screen and interrupts what I am doing. I uninstalled and reinstalled it with latest software but it is still happening. It is driving me crazy. I have set it to work as an Administrator - no difference. The Pop up in every five minutes or so. Don't suggest that I change User Control settings and become vulnerable, please.
