Object Desktop package doesnt have anything on it..

So I purchased the object desktop package that came with windowsblinds etc I run it it has no applications on it lol.. So I thought hey maybe if I delete it again and redownload a new download file so I log onto my account and it doesnt show that I even bought object desktop but I of course still have the purchase in my bank account. I tried to email them and all I got was a dumb bot "any questions go to our forum" does anybody know whats up? I really enjoy windowsblinds but this is just stupid as hell.

I do not see an order under this account. If you purchased with a different email you would need to merge those accounts.

Okay so I did the key retrieval and it does turn out I used two separate emails which is very strange I don’t understand how I could have done that.
